Measure the hardness of a rubber sheet around 1 mm in a short time
[MD-1 capa] is a micro rubber hardness tester that can measure minute rubber parts such as automobile parts, electronic circuit parts, and OA equipment parts in a short time with the product shape regardless of the test piece. Ideal for measuring hardness for thin and small samples such as various rubber materials, thermoflammable elastomers, and soft plastics. Can be connected to a personal computer via Ethernet or RS-232C interface.

Since the time required for measurement is extremely short compared to the IRHD micro method, it can dramatically reduce the time required when large-volume measurements are required, such as "measuring the micro hardness distribution of a product cross section" used in assessing the deterioration of rubber parts.
In addition, by using the measurement application software, it is possible to analyze the creep characteristics of a sample by monitoring the hardness in real time every 0.1 seconds for up to 60 seconds from the start of the measurement. It has been adopted by many domestic automobile parts manufacturers and office equipment manufacturers for new product development and quality control, and has a proven track record in a variety of fields.
- A single measurement can be completed in a short time (approximately 3 seconds).
- There are three measurement modes: Peak Hold, Timer Hold, and Normal. Timer Hold can be set at 1 second intervals up to a maximum of 15 seconds.
- It can be connected to a computer via Ethernet or RS-232C interface.
- Measurement application software is included as standard. Measurement results can be pasted into Excel with a single action.
- Two models are available: Type A for general rubber and Type C for soft rubber.
