- Digital torque wrench with wireless data transfer via Bluetooth
- For inspection (-BTS). For tightening (-BTD).
- Built-in Bluetooth module
- Two version available: Simplex communication model "-BTS" and duplex communication model "-BTD".
- BTS Simplex:
- "-BTS" simplex model wirelessly transmits captured torque data to a receiving PC
- "-BTS" model can output data after each operation or "dump" a range of data at one time from the memory.
- BTD Duplex:
- "-BTD" model can receive instructions for tightening torque value and number of fasteners in the operation from a PC.
- "-BTD" model outputs the applied torque values back to the PC after each tightening operation is completed.
- BTS Simplex:
- Records in memory and outputs torque and angle at final tightening.
- Capable of performing Pass/Fail judgments of tightening torque and angle.
- You can set torque and angle required for Pass/Fail judgments.
- Uses torque and angle values to detect double tightening (Pokayoke error-proofing system).
- Built-in Bluetooth® module to transmit data wirelessly.
- Tightening data management system upgraded to TDMS/TDMSHT Ver. 3.00 in April 2020, for compatibility with CEM3-BTA/CEM3-G-BTA with standard specifications.
- Capable of managing both wired and wireless (Bluetooth®) tightening data. * Use Excel® on your computer to manage data received via DtRcv (Data Receiver). DtRcv is included in software under the screen.
