- The semi-automatic Air Torque AC3 series can use anti-vibration sockets for impact wrenches. This reduces vibration during rotation, improving work efficiency.
- A3 series high pre-tightening torque type.
- The tightening work that would normally be done with an impact wrench and torque wrench can now be done in one step, greatly improving work efficiency.
- Pre-tightening is done with an air motor, and final tightening is done with a torque wrench, allowing for accurate tightening.
- Final tightening is done with a torque wrench, so there is no variation in tightening torque due to fluctuations in air pressure.
- The tightening torque can be easily changed using the scale in Nm units.
- Calibration can be done with a torque wrench tester.
- The LS model comes with a limit switch. When combined with the CNA-4mk3 (sold separately), it can provide mistake-proofing (to prevent forgetting to tighten).
- The AC3/ACLS3 series will be compliant with ISO6789:2017 from January 2022, with the exception of some products. For details, please see the technical document "Initiatives for ISO6789:2017" at the bottom of the screen.
