SWT-NEO series dual type coating thickness gauge for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.You can select the connection probe according to the measurement purpose and object.Easy-to-understand guide display makes measurement easy.Data can be transferred to a computer via USB connection.Compliant with various standards such as JIS K 5600 and ISO2808.
Probe compatibility allows you to freely select the connection probe that best suits your application and the object being measured. It is possible to have spare probes and various probes that match the shape of the substrate, greatly improving work efficiency.
The LCD screen provides simple and easy-to-understand guides on how to operate the device.
Measurement data can be transferred by connecting to a PC with a USB cable. Data
is transferred in real time after each measurement.
All data stored in the memory can also be sent at once (excluding NEO).
The key notation has been changed to Japanese for easier understanding.
The function to switch unit settings to "mil" is now officially included.
The body is slimmer than conventional coating thickness gauges.

The number of registered calibration curves is 10 (NEO-II) and 100 (NEO-III). You
can register and select the calibration curve that matches your characteristics and start measuring immediately.
A set of limit values can be set for each registered calibration curve.
If the measured value is outside the upper/lower limit range, the set limit value will flash and an alarm will sound.
Thanks to the data memory function, one person can measure and record even for multi-point measurements that inspect several thousand film thicknesses in a day. This
reduces the labor and costs of inspection work.
The memory capacity is 20,000 points (NEO-II), 40,000 points (NEO-III). You
can work without worrying about the remaining memory.
Measurement data is saved by dividing it into groups, blocks, etc.
Using a dedicated receiver (sold separately), data can be transferred to the printer via a specific low-power radio connection available only in Japan.
