• It is an ultraviolet photometer that can output a control signal for ultraviolet exposure.
• It has multiple functions such as 10 types of light intensity setting, light intensity measurement, illuminance measurement, timer setting, and time measurement.
• It is possible to switch between illuminance display and time display during light intensity measurement.
• You can choose between the built-in UV-M10-P and the desktop UV-M10-S.
• Select the receiver for UV-25, 35, 42 according to the sensitivity of the light source you are using (to be used) and the resist. However, UV-SN25, UV-SN35, UV-SN42 are used in the manufacturing process of electronic circuit (printed) boards, and UV-SD25, UV are used in the manufacturing process of semiconductor and liquid crystal boards. -It is recommended to select SD35 or UV-SD42.

- About SD type and SN type
The SD type has been widely adopted by customers who have been using exposure equipment and irradiation equipment for a long time, ensuring the continuity of process management.
The SD type is used in the manufacturing process sites of semiconductors and liquid crystal substrates, and customers who have already used illuminance meters made by other companies are concerned about ensuring data compatibility with these measuring instruments (projection type). We recommend this product to customers who use illuminance meters. Exposure equipment or liquid crystal panel peripheral exposure equipment (using SD type) or brand new illuminance meters.
In order to ensure compatibility with old process data, the SN type uses the indicated values of the SD type (the 365 nm emission line of the high-pressure mercury lamp used as the calibration radiation source in the measurement set is adjusted to 39% higher than the illuminance value displayed at that time (mW/cm2 display).
