- Pre-Lock Adjustable Torque Wrench.
- The torque setting is changed by using a standard hex key to adjust the setting on the scale.
- This creates a more secure torque setting, in comparison to QL types which have a large knob that can easily change the torque setting.
- Suitable for mass production as single-purpose with graduation.
- Accuracy +/- 3% of indicated value
- A clear “Click” sound signals tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.
- The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15-degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions.
- Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class A.
- Includes Factory Certificate of Calibration
- Pre-lock type. resin grip.
- Torque cannot be set unless the built-in subscale is changed using a special tool (accessory), so the torque scale will not fluctuate due to external factors.
- Ideal for single-tightening work as a single-function type with scale.
- When the set torque is reached, the toggle is activated, and a light and clear signal sound indicates the completion of tightening.
- The head ratchet has 24 ratchets and a swing width of 15 degrees, making it effective for tightening in tight spaces.
- The PQL series is compatible with ISO6789:2017 from January 2022. For details, please see the technical document "ISO6789:2017 Initiatives" at the bottom of the screen.
