The front output terminal equipped on ZX-S-800/ZX-S-1600 can output a maximum current of 80A, For the ZX-S-1600, which can output a maximum of 80A or more, even if the OCP setting is set to 80A or more, if the front output terminal exceeds 80A, the front output protection OCP will operate. If it exceeds 80A, please use the rear output terminal.

Overpower protection circuit

When the output power exceeds the rated power and the internal power loss exceeds the specified value, the output voltage and output current are limited. Automatically resets when it returns to within the rating.

Overtemperature protection circuit

- If the temperature of the heat dissipation section exceeds 85℃ (ZX-S-1600L/LA: 95℃) due to the fan motor stopping, etc., switching will stop, the output will turn OFF, and an alarm will be displayed.
・The thermal fuse built into the inrush prevention resistor melts at 135℃.
