Modular type reflow checker RCX-1 (RCM-S) Malcolm's original reflow control equipment series.
Basic unit for 6ch temperature measurement. This is a new concept series that allows you to add the necessary measurement units (☆ 12ch temperature measurement unit ☆ Reflow camera ☆ Oxygen concentration ☆ Wind speed sensor ☆ Vibration sensor ☆ Wireless LAN). Used in various processes such as reflow ovens, flow soldering baths, drying ovens, and heat-resistant loggers.
- You can freely add and configure the necessary functions to the core unit (6ch temperature measurement).
- We have prepared a 12-channel temperature measurement, oxygen concentration, camera, wind speed, vibration, and wireless LAN unit necessary for reflow process control.
- A dedicated system program displays oxygen concentration, wind speed, and camera images on the same screen.
- Easy to set profile conditions with the profile creation support function.
- As the power source can be used with common AAA batteries, it is easy to obtain and replace.
- New BLUETOOTH technology enables wireless data transfer.
