Amines Detection Tubes (5 to 100 ppm) The Gastec Detector Tube No 180 is used for the detection of Amine in air of industrial areas or environmental atmospheric conditions.
- Measuring Range of 5-100 ppm
- Number of Pump Strokes: 1 (except for Monoethanolamine, which is 3)
- Sampling Time: 30 seconds per pump stroke
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: Temperature correction is necessary
- Relative Standard Deviation: 10% (for 5 to 20 ppm), 5% (for 20 to 100 ppm)
- 3 Year Shelf Life
- Reaction Principle: 2R･NH2 + H2SO4 → (R･NH3)2SO4
- Store the tubes at a cool and dark place
- On-site measurements can be performed easily by anybody, anytime and anywhere, in a short time
- Easy-to-check direct reading possible due to calibrated scale directly printed on the tube
- An extensive measuring range can be obtained by adjusting the sampling volume
- In order to assure high precision, each production lot is tested and calibrated independently, Each detector tube has its own quality control number printed on the tube
- Long shelf-life with excellent long-term stability
