The JFE SONOHARD SH-22 portable ultrasonic hardness tester is easy to measure the hardness of narrow locations/curved surfaces due to the miniaturization of the probe. It is suitable for on-site measurement. It also has the function of a fixed hardness tester, is light in weight, and is easy to carry.
The JFE SONOHARD SH-22 portable ultrasonic hardness tester is a very easy-to-use hardness measurement tool. It does not require special knowledge or professional technicians to measure the hardness value. There are four measurement ranges to choose from, which can directly measure Leeb hardness, Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness and other hardness.
The Japanese JFE SONOHARD SH-22 portable ultrasonic hardness tester is an ultrasonic hardness tester. The traditional hardness test is to get the hardness value by measuring the diameter or depth of the indentation after pressurizing the surface. The measurement is cumbersome and forms a large indentation on the measured surface. The ultrasonic hardness tester can quickly and intuitively display the hardness value on site with only a small probe.
