Panel mount digital tension indicator (1/8 Din Cutout) with analog output and user-set MIN and MAX alarm limits. RS-232 output is optional. Can be used with all 3-roller tension sensors TE, TF, TSW, TS2 and other sensors that provide an analog output signal 0 - 1V DC.
3 different calibrations for customer supplied material can be saved at this display unit
Available with RS232 or RS422 output for direct connection to PC
Rear Panel of Indicator: Terminal strip for power supply, output signals (RS 232, 0 - 10 V DC, Open Collector)

- Special Features
- The display unit SC-PM is suitable to connect sensors with analog output 0 – 1 V DC, the display unit SC-PMD is convenient for sensors without integrated amplifier (output mV/V)
- Various output signals are available:
- analog: 0 – 10 V DC (standard)
- digital (optional): RS-232 or RS-422
- current (optional): 4 – 20 mA (instead of 0 – 10 V DC output)
- User set limits (MIN and MAX alarms) with LED indication and open collector output for external control units
- Easy calibration to customized material by the operator – zero and gain calibration is required for the connected sensor
- Possibility to store 3 different materials curves
- Adjustable damping for easier reading if tension fluctuates
- Easy operation using keys: menu for configurating the device (alarm limits, damping, engineering units, tension range, material curve)
