Integrating Sound level meter class 1 with touch screen expandable to spectrum analyzer for octave and third octave bands
The SC250 has a color touch screen for equipment operation. The 3.5 inch capacitive screen makes all the actions you want to perform quick and intuitive.
The SC250's display provides a clear, crisp view in daylight and automatically adjusts when the sound level meter is turned on.
The SC250 has a unique, progressive measurement range from 23.5 dBA to 140.1 dBC peak. This saves time because there is no need to configure the equipment beforehand. It also avoids having to repeat measurements due to out-of-scale noise.
The SC250 is expandable with the FR250 module, which allows spectral analysis in octave bands (1/1) and 1/3 octave bands (1/3). Performing a frequency analysis greatly expands the applications that can be evaluated with the SC250, such as tonal components, low frequencies or sound absorption of materials.
The SC250 has internal Bluetooth® communication for connection to a device (tablet, mobile phone, etc.) in order to be able to control the SC250 remotely using the SC250 Link+ application.
The SC250's WIFI communication allows memories to be sent to the CESVACloud+ server so that they are immediately available from anywhere. It also allows updating the firmware version and integrating purchased modules, simply by connecting the sound level meter to the Internet.
The SC250 evaluates the spectrum according to the NC (Noise Criterion) and NR (Noise Reduction) curves, this characteristic makes the device suitable for the evaluation of the background noise in the premises.
With the BACKERASE option, the SC250 can eliminate unwanted sound events corresponding to the last 10 seconds before a pause.
