It excels at measuring oxygen concentrations of 10 vol% or less.
A highly functional oxygen concentration meter that utilizes low power consumption circuit design technology.
A high-performance oxygen sensor is used to achieve a resolution of 0.01%.
There are two types of sensors to choose from.
Stainless steel case separated type sensor (approximately 3 m) is ideal for concentration measurement inside a container.
Curl cord separated type sensor (approximately 1.75 m) is suitable for oxygen measurement in containers and concentration measurement in tubes.
It outputs 0 to 25 vol% linearly at 4 to 20 mA against the measured concentration, and can be linked with a device that manages low-concentration oxygen.
This is the low-concentration version of the high-performance oxygen concentration meter JKO-25Ver.3 series that utilizes low-consumption circuit design technology.
By adopting a high-performance oxygen sensor for low-concentration oxygen measurement, a resolution of 0.01% has been made possible.
Since 0-25vol% of the measured concentration is output linearly at 4-20mA, it can be linked with equipment that manages low-concentration oxygen.
This product can be used in a wide range of applications, from safety management to concentration monitoring.
・Resolution of 0.01% has been achieved by adopting a sensor that is compatible with low-concentration oxygen.
・Calibration method is one-touch automatic, and calibration gas can be set arbitrarily.
・Resolution is 0.01%, and you can check the value one digit lower than the normal oxygen monitor.
Equipped with optional alarm value setting, buzzer ON/OFF, and analog output, it can be used for various purposes.
・JKO-O2LJD3 can continuously measure the oxygen concentration in the pipe by attaching an in-line jig/BF-JK (option) to the tip of the sensor.
